Welcome to jcrubiotv.com (the "Site"), operated by We Got Talent LLC d/b/a JC Rubio TV ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, services, or bookings for event emceeing, on-camera hosting, and talent services. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Account

You must be 18+ to use the Site or submit inquiries. No accounts are required, but contact form submissions create booking records under our Talent Agreements.

Site Usage Rules

• View content for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute JC Rubio's videos, photos, or reels without written permission.

• No unauthorized bookings, spam, or disruptive use.

Booking Services

Inquiries via forms are non-binding requests. Formal bookings require signed Talent Agreements specifying fees, scope, payments (deposits due upfront), cancellations (e.g., 50% fee if within 14 days), and IP rights (we retain all event content ownership). Nevada law governs disputes in Clark County courts.

Intellectual Property

All Site content—including videos, images, testimonials, and JC Rubio branding—is owned by We Got Talent LLC. Limited license for personal viewing; commercial use prohibited without license.

Disclaimers and Liability

Services provided "as is." We disclaim warranties for event performance or Site availability. Liability limited to fees paid; no consequential damages. Force majeure (e.g., event cancellations) excuses performance.

Termination

We may suspend access for violations. Sections on IP, liability, and governing law survive termination.

Changes

Updates posted here with new effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
